Stay in Shape During the Offseason
Keep those legs in top form! Join Shredders’ coaches Saturday morning for training such as Winter Hiking, Snowshoeing, Obstacle Course/Agility Training, and Strength Training (no weights).
Participants must provide their own snowshoes on the weeks of the activity. Activities are weather dependant and the order of activities will be determined closer to the start date.
Boys & Girls: Ages 9 – 17
Prerequisite: Must have completed a minimum of one shredders learn to RACE session or XC development. (Or can demonstrate previous race experience).
